March through the new town of Oradour-sur-Glane

This view shows the march through the new town along the, Avenue du 10 Juin and past the Town Hall, towards the W.W.II. memorial at the new church. Leading the march are children and their teachers, all dressed in white, followed by the standard bearers of the various representative veterans associations. There is no band, the march takes place in near silence.
